概要

X.Org XサーバーのX Keyboard（Xkb）拡張機能に、クライアントリソースのクリーンアップ処理時に欠陥が発見されました。このソフトウェアは関連リソースを適切に切り離さずに特定のデータ構造を解放するため、解放後使用（use-after-free）状態が発生します。この問題は、影響を受けたクライアントが切断された際にメモリ破損やクラッシュを引き起こす可能性があります。

概要

A flaw was discovered in the X.Org X server’s X Keyboard (Xkb) extension when handling client resource cleanup. The software frees certain data structures without properly detaching related resources, leading to a use-after-free condition. This can cause memory corruption or a crash when affected clients disconnect.
