Summary

Linuxカーネルにおいて、以下の脆弱性が修正されました。wifiのmac80211モジュールのieee80211_tx_prepare_skb()関数が失敗した場合に常にskbを解放するように変更されました。ieee80211_tx_prepare_skb()には3つのエラー経路がありますが、そのうち2つのみでskbが解放されていました。最初のエラー経路（ieee80211_tx_prepare()がTX_DROPを返す場合）はskbを解放しません。一方、invoke_tx_handlers()の失敗とフラグメンテーションチェックはskbを解放します。すべての経路で一貫性を持たせるため、最初のエラー経路にもkfree_skb()を追加しました。また、呼び出し元（ath9k、mt76、mac80211_hwsim）で不要になった重複解放処理を削除しました。さらに、関数のkdoc内にskb所有権の保証を文書化しました。

Summary

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

wifi: mac80211: always free skb on ieee80211_tx_prepare_skb() failure

ieee80211_tx_prepare_skb() has three error paths, but only two of them
free the skb. The first error path (ieee80211_tx_prepare() returning
TX_DROP) does not free it, while invoke_tx_handlers() failure and the
fragmentation check both do.

Add kfree_skb() to the first error path so all three are consistent,
and remove the now-redundant frees in callers (ath9k, mt76,
mac80211_hwsim) to avoid double-free.

Document the skb ownership guarantee in the function's kdoc.
