Summary

Linuxカーネルにおいて、以下の脆弱性が修正されました：net: usb: cdc-phonet: rx_complete()内のskb frags[]オーバーフローを修正しました。CDC Phonetモデムを装う悪意のあるUSBデバイスが、無制限のフルページバルクトランスファーの連続を送信することで、skb_shared_info-frags[]配列をオーバーフローさせる可能性があります。フラグの上限に達した場合、skbを破棄し、長さエラーをカウントアップする処理を行うようにしました。これは、t7xxドライバに対してcommit f0813bcd2d9d（"net: wwan: t7xx: fix potential skb-frags overflow in RX path"）で行われた修正と同様の対応です。

Summary

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

net: usb: cdc-phonet: fix skb frags[] overflow in rx_complete()

A malicious USB device claiming to be a CDC Phonet modem can overflow
the skb_shared_info->frags[] array by sending an unbounded sequence of
full-page bulk transfers.

Drop the skb and increment the length error when the frag limit is
reached. This matches the same fix that commit f0813bcd2d9d ("net:
wwan: t7xx: fix potential skb->frags overflow in RX path") did for the
t7xx driver.
