X.Org XサーバーおよびXwaylandの__glXDisp_ChangeDrawableAttributes()に境界外読み取りの脆弱性が発見されました。不適切なサイズ検証により、リクエストバッファを超えてクライアントが制御するバイト数を読み取ることが可能であり、これによって情報漏洩が発生する可能性があります。書き込み経路も存在しますが、これはデフォルトで無効化されており、バイトスワップされたクライアントが必要です。

| Summary |
An out-of-bounds read flaw was found in the X.Org X server and Xwayland in __glXDisp_ChangeDrawableAttributes(). A wrong size validation check can read a client-controlled number of bytes, exceeding the request buffer, leading to information disclosure. A write path also exists but requires byte-swapped clients which is disabled by default.
