Summary

Linuxカーネルにおいて、以下の脆弱性が修正されました：canおよびucanのdevresのライフタイムを修正しました。USBドライバはUSBインターフェースにバインドされており、管理されるデバイスリソースは親USBデバイスではなくインターフェースにライフタイムを結びつける必要があります。これにより、ドライバが物理的にデバイスから切断されずにアンバインドされた場合（例えば、プローブの延期や構成変更時）に発生するメモリリークの問題を回避できます。コントロールメッセージバッファのライフタイムも修正し、ドライバのアンバインド時に解放されるようにしました。

Summary

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

can: ucan: fix devres lifetime

USB drivers bind to USB interfaces and any device managed resources
should have their lifetime tied to the interface rather than parent USB
device. This avoids issues like memory leaks when drivers are unbound
without their devices being physically disconnected (e.g. on probe
deferral or configuration changes).

Fix the control message buffer lifetime so that it is released on driver
unbind.
